Roles and permissions decide what each member of an organizer's team can see and change in the Trybe dashboard. Three roles cover most teams. Administrator has full access to all features and settings, including banking and the team itself. Editor can create and manage events, marketing campaigns and most content: tickets, waitlist, guest lists, promo codes, add-ons, access requests and marketing are editable, while orders, promoter links, feedback, the organization and the team are read-only. Viewer can view most content but cannot make changes, and never sees banking. When a role does not fit, custom permissions let you switch access per area: organization, banking, marketing, team, and each event feature such as tickets, waitlist, guest list, promo codes, add-ons, orders, promoters, feedback and access requests. Navigation adapts: pages a member cannot read simply do not appear, and restricted search results show why. Only administrators can change the organization's account type or banking details. Permissions apply per organization, so a person can be an Administrator for one brand and a Viewer for another.
