Fill your room every night, whoever throws the party.
Create the night in your venue’s account, invite the promoter as a co-host, and keep the ticket money, the buyers and the door in your hands.
For venues working with organizers and promoters, with tickets sold on Trybe or elsewhere.
Promoters bring their crowd. With Trybe, the buyers and the money stay with the venue.
Your account, their night
Create the event and invite the promoter as a co-host. They run the ticketing, you keep the payouts and the buyers.

About the DoorFrom Monday’s setup to Sunday’s payout
One week, one promoter’s night, and the Trybe screen behind each step.
- 01Monday
Create Friday and invite the promoter
The venue creates the night in its own account and adds the promoter as a co-host.
- 02Tuesday
The promoter sets the tiers and promo codes
Your co-host runs the ticketing on that event: tiers, promo codes, guest list, orders and the door.
- 03Thursday
Regulars get the text, pass holders are already in
Text the people who came last month. Season pass holders don’t need a new ticket.
- 04Friday, doors
The QR sells at the door, staff scan on their phones
Walk-ups pay on their phone and walk in. One scanner link covers the whole staff, with no accounts.
- 05Sunday
The payout lands and the co-host’s access ends
Ticket money goes to the venue’s payout account, the new buyers are in your Community, and you remove the co-host once the night is over.
Let the promoter run the night inside your account
The co-host handles tiers, promo codes, guest lists, orders and the door. They can’t edit or cancel the event, and you remove their access whenever you want. You pay the promoter the way you do today.
- Ticket money goes to the venue’s payout account
- Every buyer joins the venue’s Community
- Trybe doesn’t split payouts
Sell a month of Thursdays on one QR
Set how many events a pass covers and how many tickets each one includes. The QR is scanned once per event, passes sell on the event page and on your venue page, and pass revenue has its own banking view.
- Tickets in a pass can go to friends

Questions venues ask
Can a promoter run ticketing for a night at my venue?
Yes. Create the event in your account and invite them as a co-host. They manage tiers, promo codes, guest lists, orders and the door for that event.
Who gets the ticket money and the buyer list?
The venue. Ticket money goes to your payout account and every buyer joins your Community.
How do I pay the promoter?
The way you do today. Trybe doesn’t split payouts between the venue and the promoter.
Can I remove their access after the night?
Yes, whenever you want. While they have access, the co-host can’t edit or cancel the event.
How do season passes work?
One QR covers several of your events. You choose how many events and how many tickets per pass, and the QR is scanned once per event.
Do my door staff need accounts or hardware?
No. One scanner link works on any phone and covers every event that’s live or starts within 24 hours. Scanning needs a connection.
