Before you start
- An email address you can open right now, or a Google or Facebook account.
- A phone number: Trybe asks you to verify one if you sign up with Google or Facebook.
- Your organization or artist name, and a logo if you have one (optional, 4 MB max).
Steps
Open the sign-up page
Go to nest.trybe.fm/login and pick the Create account tab. The /register address opens the same page.
Enter your email
Type your email and click Create account. You can also use Google or Facebook, or Use Phone Number to get a code by text instead.
Type the code
Enter the 6-digit code we emailed you and click Continue. A code sent by text has 5 digits. Your account is created at this point.
Choose your role
Pick I host my own events if you sell tickets, or I promote other people's events if you mainly promote. Your dashboard is shaped around this choice, and an admin can switch it later.
Name your organization
Fill in your name, the organization name (or promoter name) and check the page link, trybe.fm/your-name. Click Edit link to change it: at least 3 characters, letters, numbers or hyphens.
Set your country and currency
The currency is used for your ticket prices and payouts. In Côte d'Ivoire it is set to XOF.
Create the organization
Click Create organization (or Create my page as a promoter). You land on your dashboard, ready to set up payouts and create your first event.
What it costs
Creating an account and selling tickets is free. Organizers pay 0% platform fees: the buyer pays one service fee at checkout. See the article on fees, plans and tokens for the details.
More than one organization
One account can manage several organizations. Click your organization name in the top bar and choose Create organization to add another, or pick one from the list to switch.
