Set up payouts to get paid for your tickets
Go to Banking, then Payment setup, pick your region and click Connect. In North America, Europe, the UK and Australia you connect through Stripe. In Côte d'Ivoire you add your bank account (RIB). Buyers cannot check out for paid tickets until this is done.

Before you start
- You must be the organization owner or an admin.
- Your business or personal details and your bank account, as Stripe asks for them.
- In Côte d'Ivoire: your bank's name and your 24-character RIB, in your organization's name.
Steps
Open Payment setup
In the sidebar, open Banking, then Payment setup.
Pick your region
Choose North America, Europe, UK, Australia (Stripe) or West Africa (Côte d'Ivoire), then click Connect.
Complete the form
With Stripe, follow Stripe's steps to verify your identity and add your bank. In Côte d'Ivoire, see the RIB steps below.
Check the status
Back on Payment setup, the status reads Active when you are ready. Under review means checkout can be limited until the review ends; Incomplete or Restricted means details are missing: click Complete setup.
Choose how payouts run
With Stripe, payouts are manual by default: use Pay out funds on an event. To automate them, open the event report, click Edit Payout schedule and choose Automatic every day, week or month, with an optional minimum amount. Tick Use as default for all events to apply it everywhere.
Add your RIB in Côte d'Ivoire
After Connect, choose Bank account, then enter the business name, your bank and your RIB: 2 letters followed by 22 digits (an IBAN works too). You can type it in one go or by parts: bank code, branch code, account number and key. Tick This account is in my organization's name, add a RIB certificate if you have one, check the summary and click Connect bank account.
Payouts go to a bank account only; payouts to Mobile Money are not available yet. Your share of each sale is settled to your account automatically, so there is nothing to request or schedule. Your first settlement, and the first one after you change your bank account, is released once Trybe has checked your bank details.
What you receive
You receive the full ticket price: organizers pay 0% platform fees, and the buyer pays the service fee at checkout. With Stripe, the tax you collected is paid out separately from your revenue.
Follow your money
Banking shows revenue per event, and Payout history lists each payout with its status.
