Refund an order, and who keeps the fees
Open the event's Orders, open the order and click Refund. Select the tickets to refund and confirm. By default the buyer gets the ticket price back and Trybe keeps its service fee, except for duplicate or mistaken charges. You can choose to refund the full amount and absorb the fee yourself.

Steps
Find the order
Open the event, then Orders, and click the order.
Click Refund
The Refund button sits next to the order status. It does not show on orders that are already refunded.
Pick the tickets
Select every ticket for a full refund, or only some for a partial refund. Items already refunded are marked.
Decide on the fee
When you refund the whole order, tick Absorb fees to give the buyer the service fee back too. It is taken from your balance, and the breakdown shows the subtotal, fees and total.
Confirm
Click Refund with the amount shown. The order changes to Refunded or Partial Refund.
Refund policies and requests
Each ticket tier has a refund policy: refundable, by request, or non-refundable. Buyers with a by-request ticket can ask for a refund from their ticket. Requests appear in Refunds in the event menu, where you accept or reject each one, and the buyer is notified.
Issue refunds from Trybe, not from Stripe, so your orders, reports and balance stay in sync.
Cancelling an event
Cancelling an event refunds every paid order in full, service fees included, and voids all tickets. You absorb the fees.
Côte d'Ivoire
For events in Côte d'Ivoire, refunds go through refund requests. Trybe pays the buyer back and recovers the amount from your next sales; you follow it in Banking, under refunds advanced by Trybe.
Questions
Does Trybe refund its service fee?

Can I refund only one ticket in an order?
