Fees, plans and tokens: what Trybe costs
Selling tickets on Trybe costs organizers nothing: you pay 0% platform fees and receive the full ticket price. The buyer pays one service fee at checkout, 10% + $0.30 (10% in Côte d'Ivoire), card processing included. Plans and tokens only pay for marketing: the Free plan covers most organizers, Pro removes the limits, and tokens pay for texts and some emails.

Ticket fees
- Organizers: 0% platform fees. You receive the full ticket price.
- Buyers: one service fee of 10% + $0.30 per ticket at checkout, card processing included. In Côte d'Ivoire, 10%.
- Free tickets: no fee at all.
- Refunds: Trybe keeps its service fee, except for duplicate or mistaken charges. You can choose to refund the full amount and absorb the fee.
Plans
- Free, $0: unlimited events, email campaigns, My Page, pre-sale pages, Community and reporting. Up to 1 live automation, 1 live ad campaign and 1 live Instagram auto-reply at a time, and 2 team seats. Drafts are unlimited.
- Pro, $79 per month, or $70 per month billed yearly: no limits on automations, ad campaigns, Instagram auto-replies or seats, plus a dedicated SMS number and priority support.
- Enterprise: for venues, festivals and networks with specific needs. Book a call to talk about it.
Tokens
Tokens pay for messages. They cost $1.60 per 1,000 and never expire. Buy them in Settings, Billing, with Purchase More Tokens, in multiples of 1,000 (5,000 minimum).
- Emails about events you host on Trybe: free.
- Emails about a Launch (an event sold elsewhere) or a newsletter: 1 token per recipient.
- Texts: 10 tokens per part in North America, 25 per part internationally. One part holds up to 160 characters.

Questions
Does Trybe take a cut of my ticket sales?
No. Organizers pay 0% platform fees and receive the full ticket price. The buyer pays the service fee on top of the ticket price.
What does "1 at a time" mean on the Free plan?
You can have one automation, one ad campaign and one Instagram auto-reply switched on at the same time. Build as many drafts as you like. When you switch on a second one, Trybe offers to upgrade to Pro.
Do I pay Trybe for my Meta ads?
No. Meta bills your ad account directly. Trybe adds no fee and never touches your ad spend.
Do tokens expire?
No. Tokens you buy never expire.
