What is Ads dashboard & billing?

The ads dashboard and billing pages are where organizers and promoters read what their Meta campaigns did and what they owe Meta. Each campaign opens in Essentials, plain language for three questions: what you spent, who you reached, what it sold; or in Advanced, which shows every Meta metric, the ad-set table and delivery controls. Headline numbers are Results and Clicks from Meta, Tickets sold verified at Trybe checkout, Revenue net of discounts with return on ad spend, Ad spend, People reached and Frequency. The funnel From seen to sold runs Reached, Clicked, Visited, Lead, Started checkout, Bought, with the last stage showing what Trybe verified. Below sit the ranked ads with a BEST badge, a learning-phase indicator, and alerts about the ad account, payment method, tax information, rejected ads and campaigns with no delivery today. The billing page shows balance due, payment method, spending limit, spent to date, a link to receipts, Meta payment activity (Paid, Funded, Failed, Pending) and spend by campaign, event and goal. Trybe adds nothing to the bill: you pay Meta directly.

How it works

  1. 1

    Open the campaign

Start in Essentials for the plain-language read, or switch to Advanced for every metric and control.

  2. 2

    Follow the funnel

Reached, Clicked, Visited, Lead, Started checkout, Bought, with verified tickets on the last stage.

  3. 3

    Act on alerts

Fix a missing payment method, tax info, a rejected ad or a campaign with no delivery, each with a link to the right place.

  4. 4

    Check the billing

Read balance due, spending limit and spent to date, open receipts in Meta, and compare spend by campaign, event and goal.

Questions organizers ask

What is the difference between Essentials and Advanced?

Essentials shows results in plain language: what you spent, who you reached, what it sold. Advanced shows every Meta metric, the ad-set table and delivery controls such as budgets, status and optimisation.

What does the From seen to sold funnel show?

Six stages: Reached, Clicked, Visited, Lead, Started checkout, Bought. The stages are reported by Meta, and the last one also shows the tickets Trybe verified at checkout.

Why do today's spend numbers change later?

Meta's spend is an estimate that can settle for up to 72 hours, and date ranges follow your ad account's time zone. The Since start range matches the totals in Ads Manager.

How does Trybe know my ads aren't delivering?

It looks at active campaigns with zero impressions today and raises an alert, alongside checks on the ad account status, payment method, tax information and rejected ads. Each alert says what to fix and where.

Where do I see what I owe Meta?

On the billing page: balance due, payment method, spending limit, spent to date and a link to your receipts in Meta. Meta charges your payment method when the balance reaches its threshold or on your monthly billing date, whichever comes first.

Does Trybe charge anything on top of my ad spend?

No. You pay Meta directly for what your ads spend, and Trybe never touches your ad spend. The billing page only reads Meta's activity so you can see Paid, Funded, Failed and Pending payments without leaving Trybe.
