White label
Coming soon on Pro. Publish My Page and your event pages on your own branded subdomain, yourname.trybe.fm, with your logo, colours, background, font and tagline. Trybe shrinks to a small Powered by Trybe footer.
What you get
Branded subdomain: yourname.trybe.fm
Your logo, colours, background, font and tagline on every page
Full event pages and checkout on your own address
My Page becomes the home page of your subdomain
Trybe reduced to a small Powered by Trybe footer
White label in detail
White label is coming soon on the Pro plan. It puts your My Page and your event pages on a branded subdomain of your own, yourname.trybe.fm, for organizers and promoters who want fans to see their brand rather than Trybe's. Your subdomain serves My Page as its home, full event pages with checkout, and cart pages, all themed with your logo in a sticky header, your colours, background, font, tagline and about text.
Trybe's own branding is reduced to a small Powered by Trybe footer. Checkout works exactly as on trybe.fm: buyers pay through the same secure flow and money goes to your connected payment account. Two limits to know: changing your subdomain breaks existing links to your page, and only subdomains of trybe.fm are served, not custom apex domains such as yourname.com. Co-hosted events always open on trybe.fm rather than on a subdomain.
How it works
Claim your subdomain
In Settings, open White label and reserve yourname.trybe.fm.
Set your branding
Upload your logo and set colours, background, font, tagline and about text.
Publish your pages
My Page becomes the home of the subdomain, and your event pages and checkout are served there too.
Share the new address
Put yourname.trybe.fm in your bio and campaigns. Fans see your brand with a small Powered by Trybe footer.
Questions organizers ask
Can I sell tickets on my own domain with Trybe?
With White label your pages are served on a subdomain of your own, yourname.trybe.fm, including full event pages and checkout. Custom apex domains such as yourname.com are not served; the address is always a subdomain of trybe.fm.
What can I customize on a white-label page?
Your logo, colours, background, font, tagline and about text apply across My Page, event pages and cart pages. Your logo sits in a sticky header and Trybe's branding shrinks to a small Powered by Trybe footer.
Which pages are served on my subdomain?
My Page as the home page, every event page with its checkout, and the cart pages. Launch links keep their trybe.fm/launch address, since they forward fans to the site where the tickets are sold.
Does checkout still work on my subdomain?
Yes. Event pages and cart pages are served on your subdomain with the same checkout as trybe.fm, and payments land in your connected payment account as usual.
Can I change my subdomain later?
Yes, but changing the subdomain breaks every existing link to your page and events. Pick it carefully and update your bio links if you change it.
Do co-hosted events show on my subdomain?
No. Events with co-hosts always open on trybe.fm so both organizations share one address. Your own events and My Page are served on your subdomain.
