Subscribe form & followers

The subscribe form on My Page takes an email and/or a phone number with consent; following you from an event page subscribes a fan too. Every subscriber lands in Community, ready for your next campaign.

What you get

  • Email and/or phone with SMS consent captured on the form

  • Follow on any event page also subscribes the fan

  • Every subscriber becomes a contact in Community, reachable by email or text

  • Publishing an event notifies your followers by push and email

  • Subscriber count in the header; all-time and last-30-days in analytics

What is Subscribe form & followers?

The subscribe form is how a Trybe My Page turns visitors into an audience that organizers and promoters can reach again. Fans tap Get notified and leave an email address, a phone number or both; SMS consent is captured on the form, so you can text them later. Following you from any event page subscribes a fan the same way. Each subscriber becomes a contact in Community with the source form, shows whether they are reachable by email and by SMS, and can be picked as the Subscribers audience of a campaign or filtered into a segment. When you publish an event, followers are notified by push and email, so a new drop reaches people who asked to hear from you. The header of My Page can display the subscriber count, and My Page analytics show subscribers all-time and over the last 30 days. Pre-sale sign-ups on an event count as subscribers too and land in a Pre-sale list for the launch campaign. Emails to your subscribers are free and unlimited for organizers hosting events on Trybe.

How it works

  1. 1

    Place the form

The subscribe form is a section of My Page; put it where you want it and keep the header stats on.

  2. 2

    Fans get notified

They leave an email or a phone number; SMS consent is captured on the form.

  3. 3

    Contacts land in Community

Each subscriber becomes a contact you can email, text, list or segment.

  4. 4

    Announce and measure

Publishing an event notifies followers; analytics show subscribers all-time and over 30 days.

Questions organizers ask

How do fans subscribe to my Trybe page?

They tap Get notified on My Page and enter an email, a phone number or both; consent for texts is captured on the form. Following you from an event page adds them as a subscriber as well.

Where do my subscribers go?

Into Community, your contact list, as contacts with the source form. Each one shows whether you can reach them by email or SMS, and you can email or text them, add them to a list or save them as a segment.

Do subscribers hear about my new events automatically?

Yes. When you publish an event, your followers get a push notification and an email. You can follow up with your own campaign to the Subscribers audience.

Can I show my subscriber count on My Page?

Yes. The header has stat toggles for subscribers, tickets sold and events; turn on the ones you want fans to see. Analytics keep the detail: subscribers all-time and over the last 30 days.

Can subscribers opt out?

Yes. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link and a per-organizer preferences page, and texts stop when the fan replies STOP. Community updates the contact so future sends skip them.

Are pre-sale sign-ups the same as subscribers?

They are subscribers with an extra tag: people who sign up for a pre-sale go into a Pre-sale list for that event in Community, and count as subscribers of your organization. Use the list for the launch campaign and the Subscribers audience for everything else.
