Payments on Trybe are the checkout fans use on trybe.fm to buy tickets, add-ons and passes. The organizer pays 0% organizer fees and receives the full ticket price, while the buyer pays a 10% + $0.30 service fee at checkout, card processing included. In North America, Europe, the UK and Australia, payments run through Stripe with cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and Klarna or Afterpay where available. In Côte d'Ivoire, fans pay with Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov, Wave and local cards.
The buyer picks tickets, signs in with a phone or email code (or Google or Facebook), answers your checkout questions, reviews the order and pays; the cart is held for 15 minutes. The total is broken down as Subtotal, Discount, Service fees, Tax and Total, and free tickets carry no fee. Money goes to your connected payment account. Setting up payouts is the first step: buyers can check out once your payment account is connected.

Do fans need an account to buy?
Fans sign in with a code sent to their phone or email, or with Google or Facebook; there is no password. At the door, the Trybe Pass flow needs only an email code.
How long is a cart held?
Tickets are held for 15 minutes once a cart starts, with a visible countdown. Other buyers see that those tickets are being checked out, and the hold releases if the cart expires.
When can fans start buying?
As soon as your payment account is connected and your event is published. Connecting the account takes about five minutes. On Stripe, checkout can be limited while Stripe reviews your details, usually one to two business days. In Côte d'Ivoire, you can sell right away; your first settlement, and the first one after you change your bank account, is released once Trybe has checked your bank details.
