Payments on Trybe are the checkout fans use on trybe.fm to buy tickets, add-ons and passes, and they are free for organizers hosting events on Trybe: the organizer pays 0% platform fees and receives 100% of the ticket price, while the buyer pays one service fee shown at checkout. In North America, Europe, the UK and Australia, payments run through Stripe with cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and Klarna or Afterpay where available. In Côte d'Ivoire, Paystack handles Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov, Wave and local cards. The buyer picks tickets, signs in with a phone or email code (or Google or Facebook), answers your checkout questions, reviews the order and pays; the cart is held for 15 minutes. The total is broken down as Subtotal, Discount, Service fees, Tax and Total, and free tickets carry no fee. Money goes to your connected payment account. Setting up payouts is the first step: buyers can check out once your payment account is connected.

Buyers see one Service fees line at checkout, the way a booking fee works, and it is the same for every organizer on Trybe. The pricing page explains it as a 7% platform fee plus 2.9% and $0.30 for payment processing.
