Scan tickets and sell at the door
To scan tickets, open the event's Check-in page and send the scan link to your door team: it opens the scanner in any phone browser, with no Trybe account. To sell at the door, open The Door, pick the live event, and print the QR code: fans scan it, pay on their phone and walk in.

Share the scan link
Open the event, then Check-in. Copy the link or show its QR code to the people working the door. Open Ticket Scanner opens it on the device you are using.
Staff open the scanner
It works in any phone browser. The first time, they enter their first name, which is recorded on every scan.
Scan each ticket
Point the camera at the QR code. The scanner shows Ticket Valid, or why the ticket is refused: already scanned (with the time and by whom), or outside its entry window. Scanning needs an internet connection.
Check guests in by name
If a QR code will not scan, open the Attendees tab, search the guest and check them in manually.
Follow the count
Scanned, Tickets and Left update live, and the History tab lists every scan.
Sell tickets at the door
Go to Events, then The Door. On the Sell tab, click Switch live event to pick the event the QR code sells, then Download PNG or Copy link, and put the code up at the entrance.
Fans scan it, pick a ticket, confirm their email with a code and pay on their phone. The ticket appears on their screen, ready to scan. Approval-only events skip approval at the door. To keep a price for walk-ups, create a tier with Door sales only.
One scanner for every event
On The Door's Scan tab, Generate scanner link creates one link for your whole team that covers every event that is live or starts within 24 hours. Regenerating it stops old links from working.
Guest lists
In Guest List, click Create New List, then Add Guests. Guests can get a QR code to scan at the door or appear only in the attendee list. A list holds up to 50 guests.
