Ready-made automations are the eight flows Trybe has already built for organizers and promoters, so the common moments are covered without building anything: Welcome new followers, Purchase confirmation, Post-event feedback, Thank big spenders, VIP buyer welcome, Answer refund request, Event goes live and Abandoned cart. Each one runs from a real trigger in your account and sends for free, by email, or by push notification in the Trybe app when the fan has it, in the case of abandoned carts. The ones marked “Set up by Trybe” can be paused, resumed or reset, and Trybe keeps a single automation per type so nobody receives the same message twice. Starting from a template is also how Guided mode works: you pick one, the automation reads as one plain sentence, you change only the highlighted words, then add a wait, a promo code or an if/otherwise split if you want more. If a moment you care about is missing, you can request a template from inside the product.

Yes. Automations set up by Trybe send for free, including the post-event feedback survey. If you create your own automation from a template and add steps, an email step costs 1 token per run and a text 10 tokens per part in North America or 25 international.
Yes. Open it, change the wording, the timing or the promo code, add a wait or a condition, and save. Changes apply to new runs only, and a test run lets you see the result in your own inbox first.
Pausing stops new runs from starting; resume brings it back, and reset returns it to Trybe's original settings. Nothing is deleted, so you can always come back to it.
Trybe keeps one automation per ready-made type, because two of the same kind would message the same person twice. Across different automations, the daily cap per person and your re-entry rules limit how often anyone hears from you.
