A fan picks tickets and leaves before paying. About 20 minutes later, Trybe reaches them by push notification in the Trybe app or by email, with a link back to your event page. Add a unique 7-day promo code as a nudge.

Push notification when the fan has the Trybe app, email otherwise
Pair it with a unique promo code that expires after 7 days
Stops the moment they buy: a stop rule cancels the pending run
Recovered orders attributed by code or link, shown as revenue
Abandoned cart recovery is the automation that brings back fans who chose tickets and left before paying, for organizers selling on Trybe. Trybe notices a cart that was started and not completed about 20 minutes after it goes quiet, then reaches the person by push notification when they have the Trybe app, by email otherwise. The message links back to the event page so they can pick their tickets again. Trybe's own version is ready to switch on and sends for free. You can also build your own in the editor: add a wait of a day, a second nudge by text (10 tokens per part in North America, 25 international), or a promo code created for that person only, which expires after 7 days by default. Every wait carries a stop rule, so a fan who buys in the meantime never receives the reminder; the rule is checked the moment the order completes. Recovered orders are attributed when the code is redeemed or the link is clicked, and appear as revenue on the automation.
Someone picks tickets on your event page and leaves without paying. About 20 minutes later, the cart counts as abandoned.
A push notification in the Trybe app, or an email, brings them back to the event page. Add a unique promo code if you want to sweeten it.
If they buy in the meantime, the run is cancelled on the spot. Unsubscribes, quiet hours and the daily cap apply as always.
Each run shows delivered, opened and clicked, and recovered orders are attributed by code or link with their revenue.
A cart is a checkout that was started and not paid. About 20 minutes after it goes quiet, Trybe treats it as abandoned and starts the automation for that person.

Yes. Add a Create a promo code step: the code is unique to that person, expires after 7 days by default and can be scoped to that event. When it is redeemed, the whole order is attributed to the automation.
The run stops. Every wait in an automation carries a stop rule such as “they bought a ticket”, checked as soon as it happens, so nobody gets a reminder for tickets they already hold.
Trybe's ready-made abandoned cart automation sends for free. If you build your own, an email costs 1 token per run and a text 10 tokens per part in North America or 25 international. Nothing is charged on the recovered sale itself.
Re-entry rules decide: once ever, once per event, at most once a day or every time. On top of that, Trybe's daily cap on automated messages per person applies across all your automations.
Flows that run on their own when fans follow, buy, abandon a cart or have an event coming up
Percentage or fixed discounts with limits, dates and tier targeting, shareable as a link that applies the code
Every automation declares its goal and claims revenue only when it can prove it: promo code, link or inferred
