Feedback surveys let organizers and promoters hear from attendees after an event without chasing them. Each event has a Feedback page where you build the survey from text, rating and NPS questions, then send it as a feedback campaign email to ticket holders or share the event link with ?showFeedback=true. Attendees answer on the event page; responses are anonymous to the organizer and limited to one per person. Results are read per event: overall satisfaction out of 5, response rate, open rate of the campaign, the share of positive feedback, the satisfaction distribution, an NPS score from −100 to 100 (detractors 0–6, passives 7–8, promoters 9–10) and the table of individual answers. Trybe's ready-made post-event feedback automation sends the survey on its own after each event, at no token cost, and home suggests asking for feedback within 14 days of the last event. Use the answers to fix what did not work and to back up your choices for the next date.

Yes. Responses are anonymous to the organizer, and each person can answer once. The survey tells attendees this before they start.
Attendees rate from 0 to 10 how likely they are to recommend you. Scores 0–6 are detractors, 7–8 passives, 9–10 promoters, and NPS is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors, from −100 to 100.
Emails are free for organizers hosting events on Trybe, and the ready-made post-event feedback automation sends at no token cost. Only launch or newsletter emails use tokens.
Yes. Results live on each event's Feedback page: satisfaction, response rate, positive share, distribution, NPS and the response table for that event only.
