The Audience API lets another tool add people to your Trybe audience automatically: a form on your website, a partner's system or a lead tool. In Settings → API keys you create one key per tool with the scopes it needs (contacts:read, contacts:write, lists:write, or the presets Push contacts in, Sync contacts and lists, Everything, Read only), an optional expiry, and you copy it once. Calls go to https://api.trybe.fm/public/v1/audience/ with Authorization: Bearer trybe_sk_… and cover POST /contacts (bulk upsert, optionally into a list, with external ids per provider so the same person is recognised next time), GET /contacts/search, GET and PATCH /contacts/{id}, and POST or DELETE /lists/{slug}/members. Limits are 300 reads and 60 writes per minute per key; every write is audit-logged and an activity feed shows what each key did. Contacts created this way show API as their source. Consent remains yours: only push people who agreed to hear from you. Today the API covers your audience: contacts and the lists they belong to.

Yes. Have your form call POST /contacts with contacts:write (and lists:write to drop people into a list). The new contacts appear in Community with API as their source and can trigger the Added to a list automation.
Contacts are unique per email within your organization, and you can send your own external id with a provider name so Trybe recognises the same person on the next call. Upserts update the existing contact instead of creating a new one.
