Email templates & builder in detail
Email templates & builder is Trybe's library of 100 email templates made for nightlife and social events, with a drag-and-drop builder to adapt them. The gallery is organized by job: event announcements (36), newsletters (17), line-up (16), promotions (15), sponsors (10) and welcome emails (6), with names like Save the Date, Venue Reveal, Headliner Reveal, Timetable and Recap & Next Date. Anything you save lands under My templates. The builder runs full-window on desktop: drag blocks in, edit text in place, add images, and use Trybe blocks that pull in your event hero and a ticket button.
Links can point to one of your events, your My Page, a custom URL or an email address, and a check before saving flags any link that goes nowhere. Every template carries a locked footer with an unsubscribe link, required by CASL, CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Autosave, version history with restore and a test send round it out. Templates are used in campaigns and in automations, which fill dynamic fields such as a promo code at run time.

Make it yours
Drag blocks, edit the text, swap images and add Trybe blocks such as your event hero and a ticket button.
Check the links
Point each link to an event, your My Page, a URL or an email. A check before saving flags links that go nowhere.
Save and reuse
Send a test, save to My templates, and use the design in campaigns and automations. Restore an earlier version whenever you need.
Questions organizers ask
How many email templates does Trybe include?
100, all designed for event organizers and promoters: 36 event announcements, 17 newsletters, 16 line-up templates, 15 promotions, 10 sponsor emails and 6 welcome emails. Your own saved designs appear under My templates.
Can I build an email from scratch?
Yes. The drag-and-drop builder lets you assemble sections, text, images and buttons yourself, or start from any gallery template and change everything. Save it and it becomes one of your templates.
Does the email builder work on my phone?
The builder is designed for desktop and works best on larger screens. Sending campaigns and reading results work on any device.
Can I undo a change to a template?
Yes. Templates autosave, and version history lets you open and restore an earlier version at any time.
Why can't I delete the footer?
The footer holds the unsubscribe link that CASL, CAN-SPAM and GDPR require on marketing email. It also protects your sender reputation: recipients who can leave in one click do not report you as spam. You can choose between two footer styles.
Can I personalize an email with the recipient's details?
Use Insert info to drop in dynamic values. When the template is sent by an automation, those fields are filled at run time, for example with a unique promo code the automation created. Campaigns warn you if a template still has blanks.
