Email templates & builder is Trybe's library of 100 email templates built for nightlife and social events, with a drag-and-drop builder to adapt them. The gallery is organized by job: event announcements (36), newsletters (17), line-up (16), promotions (15), sponsors (10) and welcome emails (6), with names like Save the Date, Venue Reveal, Headliner Reveal, Timetable and Recap & Next Date. Anything you save lands under My templates. The builder runs full-window on desktop: drag blocks in, edit text in place, add images, and use Trybe blocks that pull in your event hero and a ticket button. Links can point to one of your events, your My Page, a custom URL or an email address, and a check before saving flags any link that goes nowhere. Every template carries a locked footer with an unsubscribe link, required by CASL, CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Autosave, version history with restore and a test send round it out. Templates are used in campaigns and in automations, which fill dynamic fields such as a promo code at run time.

The footer holds the unsubscribe link that CASL, CAN-SPAM and GDPR require on marketing email. It also protects your sender reputation: recipients who can leave in one click do not report you as spam. You can choose between two footer styles.
Use Insert info to drop in dynamic values. When the template is sent by an automation, those fields are filled at run time, for example with a unique promo code the automation created. Campaigns warn you if a template still has blanks.
