Gallery & line-up in detail
Gallery and line-up are the two blocks that make a Trybe event page feel like the night itself. The gallery takes up to 10 photos and videos per event (30 MB each); video is hosted and streamed by Trybe, so nothing points to a third-party player. On the page the gallery renders as a bento grid, and a tap opens a stories-style viewer that fans swipe through. The line-up lists the artists with a photo and their Instagram handle.
Add an artist by typing their handle and Trybe pulls the public profile photo and details; if the fetch takes longer than 45 seconds you can complete the entry yourself. You can also add an artist manually with a name and bio, and drag to reorder. Fans tap an artist to open their Instagram. Both blocks live in the event editor next to the description, FAQ and tickets, update as soon as you save, and render the same on trybe.fm and in the Trybe app. Only list artists who will perform: a misleading line-up can get an event removed.

Questions organizers ask
How many photos and videos can I add to an event page?
Up to 10 per event, each up to 30 MB, mixing photos and video. They display as a bento grid and open in a stories-style viewer when a fan taps one.
Does Trybe host the videos or do I need YouTube?
Trybe hosts and streams gallery videos itself, so they play inside the page on the web and in the app. You upload the file once and there is no external player or link.
How do I add artists to the line-up?
Type the artist's Instagram handle and Trybe fetches the public photo and profile details for you. If the fetch takes more than 45 seconds, or the artist has no Instagram, add the name and bio yourself.
Can I change the order of the line-up?
Yes. Drag the artists into the order you want and save; the page updates right away. Fans see the photos in that order with each artist's handle underneath.
What happens when a fan taps an artist on the line-up?
The artist's Instagram opens, so fans can check them out before buying. The photo, name and handle shown come from the profile you added.
Can I show the same gallery on My Page?
My Page has its own Gallery section for photos and video, in a bento or masonry layout, and you can add more than one. Your upcoming events appear on My Page automatically with their covers, so fans reach the event gallery in one tap.
