Event page editor
One editor builds the page fans land on at trybe.fm/event/your-event: a cover image or video, an animated theme, your tickets, gallery, line-up, FAQ and venue, rendered the same on the web and in the Trybe app.
What you get
Cover image or autoplaying video cover with a poster frame you pick
Rich-text description, FAQ block and a venue map with address autocomplete
Gallery, line-up, co-hosts and checkout questions from the same editor
Chat, unlisted, pre-sale, secret location and date-TBA toggles
Every change is live as soon as it is saved, on the web and in the app
Event page editor in detail
The event page editor is where organizers and promoters build the public page fans see at trybe.fm/event/your-event. It is one full-screen editor: name, start and end in the event's time zone, venue with address autocomplete and a map, a 4:5 cover image or a video cover that autoplays muted, a rich-text description, ticket tiers, an animated theme, a gallery of photos and video, the line-up with each artist's Instagram, an FAQ block, checkout questions and co-hosts. Toggles handle the rest: event chat, unlisted (link only), pre-sale sign-ups, secret location and date to be announced.
Fans land on a page that reads top to bottom: cover, theme, title and date, the going count with RSVP, tickets or passes, description, gallery, line-up, organizer and co-hosts, FAQ, venue with its Google rating, and a share button. Changes are live as soon as they are saved, and the same page renders on the web, in the Trybe app and on a white-label subdomain. Events start as drafts, so you can build the whole page before anyone sees it.

Questions organizers ask
What does a Trybe event page look like to fans?
Fans see a cover image or video with the animated theme you chose, the title and date, how many people are going, the tickets block, your description, gallery and line-up, the organizer and co-hosts, an FAQ and the venue on a map. On desktop a side rail adds a Connect card, your organizer card with a Follow button and the app banner.
Can I use a video instead of a cover image on my event page?
Yes. Upload an mp4, webm or mov file, pick the poster frame, and the video autoplays muted at the top of the page with a Watch again control. Trybe hosts and streams it; the cover image is still required and is what event cards and link previews show.
Do I need to publish the event to see the page?
No. Events are created as drafts, so you can build the whole page before anyone sees it. Publish when it is ready; from then on every edit is live as soon as you save it.
Can I edit the event page after tickets have gone on sale?
Yes. Change the description, gallery, line-up, FAQ, theme or venue at any time; the page updates as soon as you save. Ticket tiers that already sold can be edited but not deleted.
Does the event page work on mobile and in the Trybe app?
Yes. The same page, including the theme you chose, renders on trybe.fm, which is built mobile-first, and inside the Trybe app for iOS and Android. There is nothing to set up twice.
What can I add to the event page besides tickets?
A rich-text description, a gallery of photos and video, the line-up with each artist's Instagram, an FAQ block, co-hosts, season passes and an event chat for ticket holders. You can also ask checkout questions before payment and add promoter links so each promoter's sales are tracked.
