Send Instagram DMs automatically when fans comment
Connect your Instagram Business account in Marketing, then create an auto-reply in Instagram DMs: choose the posts, the keywords and the DM with its button. When someone comments, for example TICKETS, Trybe sends them a direct message with a link to your event.

Before you start
- An Instagram Business account, connected to Trybe through Meta.
Steps
Connect Instagram
Open Marketing, then Instagram DMs, and click Connect Instagram Account. You can also connect from Marketing, Settings, Instagram.
Create an auto-reply
Click Create an auto-reply. The wizard has five steps.
Choose what triggers it
Pick Comments on specific posts (up to 4), Comments on all your posts or Story replies.
Set the keywords
Choose Any comment or Only comments with specific keywords: type each keyword and press Enter. You can also exclude words.
Write the DM
Write the message and the Button label, such as View tickets. Optionally add up to 4 public replies posted under the comment.
Pick the destination
Link the button to An event on Trybe, your public page (My Page) or an External URL.
Review and turn it on
Check the summary and click Complete. Each auto-reply shows sends, views, clicks and, for tickets sold on Trybe, revenue. Use Pause to stop it.
Free plan limit
On the Free plan, 1 auto-reply can be on at a time; drafts and paused ones do not count. Pro removes the limit.
