Set up an automation from a template
Go to Marketing, then Automations, click New automation and choose Start from a template. Pick a template, click Use this template, fill in the details it asks for, then click Turn on. Nothing is sent until you turn it on, and only new activity from then on enters it.

Steps
Open Automations
In the sidebar, open Marketing, then Automations.
Start from a template
Click New automation, then Start from a template. Templates cover moments such as welcoming new followers, confirming a purchase, asking for feedback after an event or answering a refund request.
Use it
Click Use this template on the one you want. If you already have one from that template, Trybe offers Edit the one you have instead.
Fill in the details
The template asks for what it needs, such as the event, the delay or the message. You can also open it on the canvas to add waits, conditions or branches.
Turn it on
Click Turn on, or Keep as draft to finish later. The automation shows as Active, and each run lists what was sent, opened and clicked. Use Pause to stop it.
The reminder Trybe runs for you
Every account starts with an abandoned checkout reminder already on. It sends a reminder to fans who left checkout and stops if they buy. Its sends are free, and you can edit or pause it.
What it costs
In the automations you create, each email costs 1 token per run and each text costs tokens per part, like an SMS campaign. If you run out of tokens, runs are paused, not skipped.
Free plan limit
On the Free plan, 1 automation you created can be on at a time; drafts are unlimited and the abandoned checkout reminder does not count. Pro removes the limit.
