Promoter links give each promoter or affiliate a unique link and handle for an event. Fans are remembered for 30 days, orders show who referred them and you see clicks, tickets and revenue per promoter.
Unique link and handle per promoter, per event, emailed to them
The fan is remembered for 30 days, even if they buy later
Orders show Referred by {promoter} next to the traffic source
Clicks, tickets and revenue per promoter, plus their own analytics page
You decide and pay commissions yourself; nothing is deducted by Trybe
Promoter links (called Affiliates in the dashboard) let organizers track who sells their tickets. Add a promoter with a name, an email and a link handle (letters, numbers, dashes, underscores, unique per event) and they receive their link by email; it looks like trybe.fm/event/{event}?promoter={handle}. When a fan opens it, Trybe remembers the promoter for 30 days on that event, so a purchase three days later is still credited. Each order then shows Referred by {promoter} next to its traffic source, and the Affiliates page lists clicks, tickets and revenue per promoter, with a detail page showing visits, sources, countries and promo code usage. Promoter links also work on launches for events sold elsewhere, where you see clicks and visits; ticket and revenue attribution needs tickets sold on Trybe. Trybe does not hold or pay commissions: there is no commission-rate or payout field, so you agree the deal with each promoter and pay them from your own payouts. Tracked numbers make that conversation short.
Enter their name, email and a unique handle for the event; they receive the link by email.
Fans who open it are remembered for 30 days on that event.
Every purchase shows Referred by {promoter} and its traffic source.
Compare clicks, tickets and revenue per promoter, then pay them on your own terms.
You add a promoter to an event with a unique handle, and they get a link by email. Fans who open it are remembered for 30 days, their orders carry Referred by {promoter}, and you see clicks, tickets and revenue per promoter.
No. Trybe tracks tickets and revenue per promoter but has no commission rate or payout field. You agree the terms with each promoter and pay them yourself from your payouts.
30 days per event, stored in the fan's browser and attached to the cart when they buy. If they buy after that window, the order is not credited to the promoter.
Each promoter has an analytics page in your dashboard with visits, sources, countries and promo usage. You share those numbers with the promoter however you like.
