Co-hosts let two organizations run one event on Trybe without sharing an account: a collective and a venue, a promoter and a DJ crew, two brands throwing a joint night. From the event's Co-hosts page, the host invites another Trybe organization by searching its name or by email; the invitation shows as Pending, then Accepted or Declined, and the co-host accepts it from their notifications menu. Once accepted, the event appears in the co-host's dashboard with a Co-host badge, both organizations appear in the organizer block of the event page, and the co-host's team can check people in at the door. Co-hosts see the event's aggregate numbers, while buyer contacts stay with the host organization. Money is not split automatically: tickets are sold through the host's payment account and settled between the organizations outside Trybe. Co-hosted events always open on trybe.fm, even when one organization uses a White label subdomain. Free for organizers hosting on Trybe.
