Co-hosts in detail
Co-hosts let two organizations run one event on Trybe without sharing an account: a collective and a venue, a promoter and a DJ crew, two brands throwing a joint night. From the event's Co-hosts page, the host invites another Trybe organization by searching its name or by email; the invitation shows as Pending, then Accepted or Declined, and the co-host accepts it from their notifications menu.
Once accepted, the event appears in the co-host's dashboard with a Co-host badge, both organizations appear in the organizer block of the event page, and the co-host's team can check people in at the door. Co-hosts see the event's aggregate numbers, while buyer contacts stay with the host organization. Money is not split automatically: tickets are sold through the host's payment account and settled between the organizations outside Trybe. Co-hosted events always open on trybe.fm, even when one organization uses a White label subdomain. Included in the Free plan.

Open Co-hosts
In the event sidebar under Marketing, open Co-hosts.
Invite the organization
Search for the other organization by name or enter their email.
They accept
The co-host accepts from their notifications. The status moves from Pending to Accepted.
Run the night together
The event shows in both dashboards, both names are on the page, and both teams can check people in.
Questions organizers ask
Can two organizations share an event on Trybe?
Yes. From the Co-hosts page of the event, invite another Trybe organization by name or email. Once they accept, the event shows in both dashboards and both names appear on the event page.
How does a co-host accept the invitation?
The invite appears in the co-host's notifications menu in the dashboard, where they accept or decline. The event's Co-hosts page shows the status as Pending, Accepted or Declined.
What can a co-host do?
See the event in their dashboard with its aggregate numbers, appear on the event page and check people in at the door. Contacts and orders stay with the host organization.
Is ticket revenue split between co-hosts?
No. Tickets are sold through the host's payment account, and the organizations settle between themselves. Trybe does not split revenue automatically.
Do co-hosts get my contacts?
No. Buyers and subscribers belong to the host organization. Co-hosts see the event's aggregate numbers, not the people behind them.
Can a co-host add the event to their My Page?
The event shows in the co-host's dashboard with a Co-host badge. They can share its link and add it as a link on My Page, and the event page itself opens on trybe.fm for both organizations.
