Season passes in detail
Season passes (Passes in the dashboard) let organizers sell one ticket that is valid across several of their events: a residency, a concert series, a festival. You create a pass in three steps: name it and add a cover, pick the events it covers (they must share one currency), then set the price and availability: free or paid, quantity, maximum events per pass, per-order and per-account limits, a sale window and one refund policy for all pass purchases.
Fans buy the pass on any covered event page or on your My Page, where a Passes section shows a Get Pass button. They get one QR code that is scanned once per covered event and stops working after the maximum number of events; it also lives in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Passes cannot be bought in the same cart as single tickets or add-ons. Each pass has its own page with revenue, passes sold, remaining and scans per event, and pass revenue is tracked separately in Banking under Pass revenue with Ready, Clearing and Paid out balances.

Add a name, a description and a cover image or one of the gradient presets.

Choose which of your events the pass covers. They must share one currency.
Set price and availability
Free or paid, quantity, maximum events per pass, limits, a sale window and a refund policy.
Sell and scan
The pass appears on the covered event pages and your My Page. Fans scan once per event at the door.

What is a season pass on Trybe?
A pass is one ticket valid across several of your events, sold once. The fan gets a single QR code that is scanned once per covered event, instead of buying a ticket for each night.
Where do fans buy a pass?
On the page of any event the pass covers, in a Passes block. It is also on your My Page, which shows your active passes with a Get Pass button.
Can I limit how many events a pass can be used for?
Yes. Set a maximum number of events per pass; the QR code stops working once that many events have been scanned. You can also set a quantity and per-order and per-account limits.
Can a pass be bought together with regular tickets?
No. Passes are bought on their own; single tickets and add-ons cannot be in the same cart. A fan who wants both makes two purchases.
How is pass revenue paid out?
Pass revenue is tracked separately from event revenue, in Banking under Pass revenue. You see Ready, Clearing and Paid out balances for your passes there.
Is a season pass the same thing as Trybe Pass?
No. Trybe Pass is the QR code you print at your venue door so walk-ups can buy a ticket on the spot. A season pass is a ticket product that covers several events.
