Smart Send is the default for email: instead of pushing thousands of emails out in one burst, Trybe sends them gradually over 1–2 hours, which is how inbox providers like to receive bulk mail and helps your campaign land in the inbox rather than the spam folder. If timing matters more, say doors open in an hour, switch the campaign to Immediate. Smart Send is not a prediction of the best time to send; it spreads the delivery of the send you scheduled. Quiet hours apply to SMS: Trybe only delivers texts between 8 AM and 9 PM in the recipient's local time. A campaign or automation that would text someone at 11 PM is held, shows Paused for quiet hours in your dashboard, and resumes automatically when the window opens, so a text scheduled for the whole list still respects each person's clock. Both rules apply to campaigns and to automations.
